Tasks and Requirements
About the tasks:

Our Talent Acquisition Specialist will help identify the best IT talents in LATAM and EU. The primary tasks include:

  • Own the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience with a focus on direct search
  • Handle a high volume of open positions and candidates
  • Develop and execute a sourcing strategy to build a strong diverse pipeline of top candidates. Identifying active and passive candidates; maintain a database of potential high-profile candidates per country
  • Identify potential candidates through a variety of methods and sources: use of intricate Boolean searches, LinkedIn, user groups, referrals, diversity affiliations, networking, web sourcing, and management of external submissions to find the best talents for each discipline we cover (mobile, QA automation, front/back-end, UX/UI, AI, Cloud, Fullstack, etc)
  • Being as creative as possible and find new ways to attract world-class talents
  • Improvement proposals towards the recruitment process and employer branding
  • Attending networking events that pertain to our industry
  • Conferring with our technical team to organize interviews and follow-ups
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in IT recruitment and headhunting
  • Autonomy and ability to make decisions
  • International experience a big plus
  • Ability to engage with people you do not know yet
  • Results-Orientated
  • Ability to listen and to communicate
  • Excellent English oral and written skills is a must, as you will have to
  • engage with our US and European clients
  • Team player
