Every 9 months, we open applications to our free coding bootcamp where interns get paid a salary while transforming from aspiring developers, automation engineers, and data scientists into industry-ready professionals.

At Blue Trail Software, we believe talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. That’s why we created BTS Technology Centers, free coding schools where students get paid; they are designed to empower high school graduates with the skills, experience, and confidence to launch successful tech careers.
Our first center opened in 2022 in Jalisco, Mexico, welcoming 30 students into an intensive 18-month program covering:
Computer Science
fundamentals
Applied Mathematics
Spoken and written English
Students receive a salary throughout the program, because we know that financial support is essential to focus, learn, and succeed.
The Technology Centers are designed to give students hands-on, career-ready experience:

Mentorship from senior BTS engineers
Soft skills and professional training to thrive in the workplace
Graduates of the program are prepared to either join BTS as full-time engineers or excel in tech careers at other organizations, creating a pipeline of skilled, motivated talent in local communities.
